Mental Health LGBTQIA+ Community Teach-In

This event is aimed at reducing mental health stigma for the LGBTQIA+ community. The goal of this teach-in is to provide attendees with a better understanding of mental health issues and to help reduce the stigma surrounding these issues within the LGBTQIA+ community. The event will be led by mental health professionals who specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and will include interactive discussions, workshops, and resources. This teach-in is intended for youth, students, parents, guardians, teachers, counselors, administrators, community members and professionals.

Queer Posada

Join us on this December 2nd to celebrate our annual Queer Posada!    Traditionally, a Posada is a holiday celebration that commemorates the journey of Mary and Joseph in search of safe refuge. We take this event that is rooted in European and Mesoamerican traditions and add a fun queer twist with live entertainment, traditional cuisine, and cultural activities that celebrate LGBTQ+ identities and Latinx traditions. Our event will take place on December 2 at our Downtown Santa Ana location (the LGBTQ Center On 4th Street). The Queer Posada is a community-based event that aims to create a safe, caring space for community members of all backgrounds. The goal is to share knowledge, culture, laughs, and joy during this holiday season, as well as to raise funds that support LGBTQ+ immigrants and their families in Orange County.
