We believe that sexuality is part of general mental health. This group is a brave space where individuals can explore their feelings, thoughts, experiences, and questions related to intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. In this space, we will engage in honest discussions surrounding a variety of sex-related content such as lack of confidence, shame and stigma, expectations, fantasies, and intimacy dynamics.
