We believe that sexuality is part of general mental health. This group is a brave space where individuals can explore their feelings, thoughts, experiences, and questions related to intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. In this space, we will engage in honest discussions surrounding a variety of sex-related content such as lack of confidence, shame and stigma, expectations, fantasies, and intimacy dynamics. A culturally grounded, affirming space for all people in the African Diaspora, Caribbean, Black, African American, mixed, etc. folks in the LGBTQ+ community to process, heal and connect over shared live experiences, mental health struggles, generational trauma, spiritual identity, joy and liberation.
