    OUTlet meets virtually/in person every Tuesday at 7:00pm-8:30pm. OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA2S+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and gain personal insights. Through evidence based strategies and peer support, OUTlet aims to equip participants with sustainable coping skills for long-term mental health management.     VIVID: This group hosts a series of youth leadership and community engagement opportunities for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 14-24 living in Orange County. It recruits on an ongoing basis, inviting youth and students to participate in weekly leadership meetings, support planning various components of activities and events that they would like to see, and make their visions into reality.     Parent Processing Therapy Group The Parent's Processing Group is a therapeutic group where parents can work together on processing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with their children coming out, being in the LGBTQ community, gain peer insight from other parents, and reflect on difficulties based on parenting a child in the community.     The Elevate Program aims to provide Orange County LGBTQIA+ students, youth, and allies ages 14-24 with the opportunity to gain greater knowledge about their community, develop strong leadership skills, and gain experience in restorative justice and substance prevention advocacy. We’ll discuss topics like confidence, shame, expectations, and intimacy dynamics in a respectful and open environment. The goal is to support each other, share openly, and build confidence in navigating sexual well-being, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere.
