Sex-Plorers “Sex Talk” (ages 21+)
VirtualThis group is a safe, supportive space for adults 21+ to explore thoughts and experiences around intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. We’ll discuss topics like confidence, shame, expectations, and intimacy dynamics in a respectful and open environment. The goal is to support each other, share openly, and build confidence in navigating sexual well-being, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere. OUTlet – Elevate (Ages 18-26)
The Center OC 1605 N Spurgeon St, Santa AnaOUTlet meets virtually/in person every Tuesday at 7:00pm-8:30pm. OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA2S+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and gain personal insights. Through evidence based strategies and peer support, OUTlet aims to equip participants with sustainable coping skills for long-term mental health management.
