This group is a safe, supportive space for adults 21+ to explore thoughts and experiences around intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. We’ll discuss topics like confidence, shame, expectations, and intimacy dynamics in a respectful and open environment. The goal is to support each other, share openly, and build confidence in navigating sexual well-being, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere.
