This group is a safe, supportive space for adults 21+ to explore thoughts and experiences around intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. We’ll discuss topics like confidence, shame, expectations, and intimacy dynamics in a respectful and open environment. The goal is to support each other, share openly, and build confidence in navigating sexual well-being, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere. Genderflood is a social drop-in group for transgender, genderqueer, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and gender-questioning young adults ages 18-26. The aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment in which one’s gender may be freely expressed and respected. Prism welcomes all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and/or allied young adults ages 18-26. The objective of this group is to provide young adults with a safe and welcoming space, where they can meet friends and participate in engaging weekly discussions, activities, and community events.
OUTlet meets virtually/in person every Tuesday at 7:00pm-8:30pm. OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA2S+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and gain personal insights. Through evidence based strategies and peer support, OUTlet aims to equip participants with sustainable coping skills for long-term mental health management.
