Q Tea is a social group where you can be yourself, make new friends, and connect with other young people.     Quartz is a social and educational group designed for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 13-17. It offers a welcoming space where participants can explore and celebrate their identities through interactive activities and group discussions. Quartz provides a sense of community, with a focus on youth meeting peers, learning about LGBTQIA+ topics, and participating in activities and discussions. The group emphasizes inclusivity and supports each participant's journey in discovering and affirming their unique self.

    Prism welcomes all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and/or allied young adults ages 18-26. The objective of this group is to provide young adults with a safe and welcoming space, where they can meet friends and participate in engaging weekly discussions, activities, and community events.

    OUTlet meets virtually/in person every Tuesday at 7:00pm-8:30pm. OUTlet is designed to offer a nurturing space haven for LGBTQIA2S+ young adults between the ages 18 to 26. Here, individuals can freely explore mental health concerns, cultivate enriching relationships, and gain personal insights. Through evidence based strategies and peer support, OUTlet aims to equip participants with sustainable coping skills for long-term mental health management.     VIVID: This group hosts a series of youth leadership and community engagement opportunities for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 14-24 living in Orange County. It recruits on an ongoing basis, inviting youth and students to participate in weekly leadership meetings, support planning various components of activities and events that they would like to see, and make their visions into reality.     Parent Processing Therapy Group The Parent's Processing Group is a therapeutic group where parents can work together on processing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with their children coming out, being in the LGBTQ community, gain peer insight from other parents, and reflect on difficulties based on parenting a child in the community.
